Author's Guide

📄 Manuscript Requirements

• ✦ Maximum 6 pages, including abstract, figures, tables, and references
• ✦ IEEE two-column format, 10pt font, PDF format only (savable text)
• ✦ Up to 2 additional pages at $150 per page
• ✦ Must be in English; original, previously unpublished work
• ✦ Special Session papers: label (Special Session) at top-right of first page (10pt)

🕶 Double-blind Review Policy

• ✦ Remove all author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments
• ✦ References to your own work should be in the third person
• ✦ No identifying information in PDF metadata
• ✦ Non-conforming manuscripts returned without review

🔬 Review Criteria

Full papers: 20+5 min oral. Short papers: 13+2 min oral.

📸 Camera-Ready Requirements

• ✦ Include author names and affiliations
• ✦ Address all reviewer-requested changes; no other modifications
• ✦ Submit a revision report detailing all changes
• ✦ Pass the IEEE eXpress compliance check
• ✦ Sign and submit the IEEE copyright release form

🎫 Presentation Requirement

• ✦ At least one author must register by the camera-ready deadline
• ✦ At least one author must attend and present in person
• ✦ IEEE may remove unrepresented papers from IEEE Xplore
