Registration & Camera Ready

Register for IEEE COINS 2026 and submit your camera-ready paper. Early registration deadline: June 29, 2026.

Camera-ready manuscripts are due by June 29, 2026. All accepted papers must have at least one registered author by this date.

Camera-ready papers may include up to 2 extra pages beyond 6 at $150 per page.

Camera-Ready Checklist

  • ☐ Revise manuscript addressing all reviewer comments
  • ☐ Include author names and affiliations (unblind)
  • ☐ Verify compliance with IEEE Xplore PDF requirements
  • ☐ Upload revision report detailing all changes made
  • ☐ Sign and submit IEEE copyright release form
  • ☐ Register at least one author by June 29, 2026
  • ☐ Upload final PDF via EasyChair by June 29, 2026
